I am an architectural designer, researcher, and occasional writer based in Tiohti:áke (Montréal), Canada.

I am interested in storytelling and imagemaking as a diasporic process of rebuilding—particularly of the inaccessible, the non-existent, or the no-longer-existent architectures inherited through a collective memory.

Within my variable works, I see a reciprocal relationship between the politics of spatial design, the speculations of visual representation, the ethnography of research, and the intimacy of writing. I am always looking to collaborate on new projects that keep me alternating between these spaces and values.

2020

In March 2020, a surge of vocal allyship for Black, POC, and Indigenous lives called for institutional recognition of racial inequity. Seeing galt. publication as a podium for student voices and being funded in-part through an institutional system, we decided to append our third issue with a supplemental zine project, entitled here & now.

The project called for anonymous and credited writings from within the school of architecture. Students and alumni responded overwhelmingly with lived experiences, essays, and visual art pieces. These works explored themes of othering, erasure, systemic racism, and evident barriers in the architectural field, education, and our community.
